DNA sequences from metagenomic sample that contains mixed microbial DNA sequences, here, sequence compared with bacterial genome database(ncbi) and during metagenomic analysis, we can find the taxonomic tree.

This is taxonomic tree originated from metagenomic analysis. In this, we can see how the detection of microorganism and their classification from metagenomic sample. Here, Bacteria is a major domain.

Identification of microorganism is based on DNA sequences and identification confidence is dependent on sequence quality, similarity with database and taxonomic alignment method.

This taxonomic tree represents a diverse microbial community but the dominating microbial community is Proteobacteria particularly gammaproteobacteria with multiple pseudomonas.

Groups and subgroups label indicate cluster of closely related organisms.
