Metagenomics analysis

This is brief explanation of metabolic function identification from metagenomic analysis. Here, Metabolism is  divided  into major subsystems that include the metabolism of amino acid, cofactors  &vitamin, fatty acids &lipid, nitrogen, sulphur, nucleotide and aromatic compounds. It contains 3771 annotated genes that indicate amino acid biosynthesis and their degraded constitute. This is the most abundant metabolic function in this microbial community. Overall conclusion of this metabolic distribution  suggest on utilization of nutrition, energy-metabolites, biosynthesis and biochemical cycling.
