Multi-omics data-integration-MFA

This is the result of MFA(multiple factor Analysis). Here, I have been integrated four omics data :

1-gene and their expression

2-copy number variation

3-mutation

4-subtypes

All these are associated with omic data of colorectal cancer. It shows the relation between two submolecular subtypes cms1 and cms3.These two subtypes are belong to same sample.

Dimension-1 represents more important biological variation between these subtypes than Dimension-2,it has additional variation but less important.

Overlapping between cms1 and cms3 indicates intermediate molecular characteristics. Already some discussed in previous blog- scatter plot of MFA.

Future aspects-you can develop clinical decision by using biopsy molecular data(MFA based multi omics data integration),identification of biomarker, refinement of cms1 and cms3,improving therapeutic of cms1 and cms3 and MFA also contributes in personalized molecular profiling.
