This Heatmap explian how looks mutation data (multi-omics data integration of colorectal cancer)

In this heatmap, we can see mutation status from multi-omics dataset of colorectal cancer. Columns shows samples/patients while rows shows mutation gene/features and Blue colour tells no mutation or wild type that coded as zero value and red colour ,there is mutation that coded as one value. Annotation of this colorectal omics data, there is separation of sample between into two subtypes, first one is cms1  and second one is cms3.These two subtypes sample are spraed throughout the heatmap that forms clear block and this clear suggest the mutation pattern where cms1 is red and cms3 is blue. Future perspective of this multi-omics data integration is integrate cancer genomics, combine mutation profile that helps to identify subtypes that is predicts the specific therapeutic targets, biomarkers and drug-response patterns. Such analysis may direct to personalized therapy, immunotherapy or targeted treatment strategies. Integration of this multi-omics mutation data patterns can improve treatment strategy.
